Yvonne Sharon Mullinax

Yvonne Sharon Mullinax, 81, was born July 10, 1940, in Sacramento, California, to John Gulick and Mildred Mathwick Gulick, and passed away on June 26, 2022, in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Yvonne was married to the love of her life Jimmie Mullinax. She founded and ran The Humane Society NWLA from 2005 until 2018. She was head secretary of Pathology at LSUS. Yvonne loved animals and was a devoted friend until the end.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmie Mullinax; sisters, Jennie Gulick, Lucielle “Lou” Gulick. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry McGuffee; son, Daniel Mullinax; granddaughters, Hannah Vines, Katie Buff; great-grandchildren, Landon, Blakeleigh, Kyler; niece, Terry; and cousin, Sandra.
