Yvette Dove

A graveside service for Yvette R. Dove, 98, will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating will be Randy Harper Pastor of Bellaire Baptist Church. Yvette was born September 15, 1923 in Neudorf, Luxembourg to Nicolas Reuter and Marie Hinque and passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana at the Carpenter House. Yvette loved her family and friends dearly. Her passion and love for God was so grand and powerful. She enjoyed watching Bible Prophesy on television. She loved to go shopping with her daughter and just getting out and about. She had an amazing sense of humor always joking around with loved ones and friends. Yvette had four special friends that she loved spending her time with, Betty Lamb, Sue Erikson, Ann Bartholomew and Kathy Vinson. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her especially by her loved ones. Yvette is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Sonja Howard, Monette Smith and husband, Gerald, and Jeanette Lewis; six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Justin Menefee, Jason Pardue, Justin Pardue, Richard Pardue, Cory Smith and Ryan Smith.
