Wyatt Steven Ricks

A visitation service will be held for Wyatt Steven Ricks, 18, on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana. Wyatt was born on December 27, 2001 in Bossier City, Louisiana to Wayne Ricks and Racheal Tiller and passed away Friday, November 27, 2020 in Bossier City, Louisiana. Wyatt was a freshman at Northwestern State University and was majoring in Criminal Justice. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity- Mu Kappa Chapter. While not in classes, Wyatt worked at Kroger on Barksdale Boulevard where all his colleagues loved him. During his time off he enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing video games and spending time with his friends, family, his dog, Chloe and the Louisiana Royalties Truck Club. Wyatt was an athlete and had fond memories of his younger years he spent playing various positions on the Junior Mudbugs Hockey Team and defense for various football teams. Wyatt is preceded in death by his Pawpaw, Ronald Ricks. Left to cherish his memory are his father, Wayne Ricks; mother, Racheal Tiller and husband, Brent; sisters, Kalie Hand and husband, Monroe and Ashlee Wilkerson and husband, Tyler; stepsister, Hailee Smith and husband, Billy; grandmother, Iris Ricks; grandparents, Rick Ellis and wife, Jeanie and Al and Tina Tiller; nieces, Lainey Wilkerson, Addilyn Hand and Emersyn Smith and nephew, Korbyn Wilkerson.
