Wilma Sue McElduff Causey

Wilma Sue McElduff Causey, 75, was born on May 27, 1948 in Beirne, Arkansas to Charles Lee McElduff and Cleora Hastings McElduff and passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

She was a member of First Shreveport Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved spending time at the lake with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was devoted to caring for her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Charlotte McElduff Dozier. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Kenneth D. Causey; two daughters, Karen D. Miller and husband, Chuck and Kristie L. Causey; brother-in-law, Tommy Dozier; four grandchildren, Lauran Brocato, Tony Brocato, Trace Martin and Cobie Miller and one great-grandson, Landyn Brocato.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to First Shreveport Seventh Adventist Church, 6475 Westport Ave., Shreveport, LA 71129 or the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
