A “Celebration of Life” Service for Willie Ray Frantom, 74, will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery, 8801 Mansfield Rd., Shreveport. A visitation will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Rev. Rocky Maddox.
Willie was born on August 30, 1947 to Jehu and Ruby Frantom in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 in Shreveport.
Willie was a resident of Shreveport and a graduate of Louisiana Tech University. He retired after a 40 year career in Data Processing Management. His lifelong passion was music, entertaining and collecting all types of musical instruments.
Willie is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jerry Frantom. Left to cherish his memory is Donna V. Frantom, his best friend, mother of his eldest four children, and caregiver; children, Sherri Erwin and husband, Danny, Terri Woodlan and fiancé, Tim Knight; Holli Frantom; Eric Frantom and wife, Korie, Brad Frantom and fiancé, Amanda, Kelsey Gnam and husband, David; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two much-loved cats, Gracie and Percy.
Honoring Willie as pallbearers will be Jeremy Nixon, Tim Knight, Michael Warke, and grandsons, Chase Farmer, Seth Farmer, and Aidan Harrison.
