Jeremiah 17:7 Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord.
William Max Leach was born in Many, Louisiana, in Sabine Parish, on February 11, 1939. As a child growing up in the Plainview Community, he fell in love with a girl down the road; the two married on August 29, 1959, and they spent the next 62 years together, having three children, eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren along the way. He provided for his family by being a carpenter and cabinet maker and eventually owned his own construction business. William accepted Jesus as his Savior at a young age and followed the Lord all the days of his life. He was a faithful member of Grawood Baptist Church, where he served in many capacities since 1962. William\'s unique ability to establish relationships with any and all led him to use his resources to buy Bibles and provide them to as many people as possible through his involvement since 1989 with The Gideons International. William\'s passion for the Lord leaves a legacy of a life well lived--a testimony of faith, family and friendships.
