William E. "Bill" McClung

William E. "Bill" McClung passed away suddenly on April 1, 2018. He was born to William & Pauline McClung on March 22, 1942 in Albany Georgia. Graveside service will be held at 1 pm. Friday April 6, 2018 at Mount Zion Cemetery in Many LA. A resident of Shreveport LA, Bill enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, taking car rides with his dogs & was passionate about watching his favorite football teams, the Dallas Cowboys & LSU play football. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Delores McClung, Thelma Higham & son, Greggory McClung. Those left behind to treasure his memory are his wife, Linda Kay Petrus McClung, son, Lance McClung, sister, Vickie McClung Perry, his grandchildren, Shane & Katie McClung, 7 nieces & nephews, 12 great nieces & nephews and numerous great great nieces & nephews and his best friend, Ranger dog. He will be greatly missed by all who knew & loved him. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Mount Zion Baptist Church of Many LA.
