William C. "W.C." Dick

Funeral services celebrating the life of W. C. Dick will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Cotton Valley Cemetery in Cotton Valley, Louisiana. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

W.C. was born on November 17, 1944, in Cotton Valley, Louisiana and went home to be with his Lord on August 25, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was a mechanic in the oil field for many years. W.C. was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Julia Dick and brother Wilbur Vernon Dick.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Arline Gatlin Dick of Minden, son, Rodney Dick (Rhonda) of Minden, daughter, Sheila Summers of Dallas, Texas, sisters, Whimpy Cox of Crane, Texas, Dottie Wilkins of Bellvue, and Judy Ayers of Cotton Valley, brothers, Clarence Ray Dick (Kathy) and Ellis Dick of Cotton Valley, grandchildren, Jordan, Kristian, Courtney, Alec, Baleigh, Luke, and Tatum, great-grandchildren, Levi, Hadley, and Sydney Kate, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Masonic Masons.
