Funeral services for Warren Slade Holtzclaw will be held Friday July 22, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Pastor Joe Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Lane Memorial Cemetery in Sibley, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service.

Slade was born November 27, 1991, in Bossier City, Louisiana and entered into rest July 19, 2022, in Sibley, Louisiana.

Slade was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Jessie Crump, Eugene and Erline Holtzclaw; and great uncle Bobby Jack Crump.

He is survived by his mother, Lori Powell; father, Rusty Holtzclaw and wife Ronnie; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Shirley Warren; paternal grandmother, Mattie Ford; children, Khloe Smith and Xander Holtzclaw; brother, Jack Schyler Powell; aunt, Kim Patterson and husband Byron; uncles, Glen Warren and wife Kelly, and Hunt Powell and wife Dana; cousins Brittany Patterson, Mat Patterson, Jeremy Patterson and wife Andrea, Haley Robinson and husband Justin and their daughters, Frances, Clara, and Meredith, and Garrett Vaughan and wife Ashley and their son, Jack and Angela Lilly and husband Greg. Aunts, Arline Oliver and Angela Hight; uncles, Mickey Holtzclaw, Jay Ford, Marty Rollinson and John Rollinson and his best four-legged buddy, Cooper.

Pallbearers honoring Slade will be Ethan Harris, Jeremy Patterson, Mat Patterson, Justin Robinson, Garrett Vaughan, and Blake Jones.
