Wanda Jean Sandell

Funeral services celebrating the life of Wanda Sandell will be held Friday, January 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church West Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Steve Gilley and Bro. Seth DeLoach officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Prewitt Cemetery in Hornbeck, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. Friday at the church prior to the service. Wanda was born July 31, 1935, in Hornbeck, Louisiana and entered into rest January 11, 2022, in Homer, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Autry Sandell. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Carson of Conway, Arkansas, Marilyn Smith and husband Victor of Minden, and Janet Fletcher and husband Allen of Conway, Arkansas; grandchildren, Keith Carson and wife Dani, Jeremy Carson and wife Patti, Jody Carson and wife Beth, Emily Swart and husband Jared, Barrett Arnold and wife Lauren, Madison Lewis and husband David, Peyton Fletcher, and Candida Smith; and great-grandchildren, Jonathan Carson, Kelsey Carson, Cooper Swart, Jamie Smith, Elliot Whited, Millie Arnold, and Baby David Carson expected in April 2022. .
