Wanda Maxine Carter Galdamez

Funeral services for Wanda Maxine Galdamez, 81, of Arcadia, Louisiana will be held Monday, February 14, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. The family will receive visitors before the service from 12:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Hurricane Cemetery. Reverend Tommy Davidson will officiate. Maxine was born May 17, 1940, in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Willie and Etta Lee Moak and she passed away February 9, 2022, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Maxine enjoyed crocheting, playing computer games, and she loved flowers. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Etta Lee Moak; husband, Jessie Dale Carter; son, James Dale "Pete" Carter and her siblings. Maxine is survived by her children, Frederick R. Carter and wife Terri, Jay D. Carter and wife Judy, and David L. Carter and wife Diana; brother, Delane Moak and wife Sarah; brother-in-law, David Lee Carter; twelve grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Tyler Bryan, Britton Allums, Stephen Carter, Jesse Carter, Ross Moak and Josh Moak. Honorary Pallbearers will be Scott Moak and Robert Moak.
