Funeral services for Wanda McFarland Lemmond will be held Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Mercer officiating. Interment will follow at Gilgal Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Wanda was born October 1, 1949 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest March 10, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her father, R.F. McFarland, Jr., husband Paul Lemmond, and grandson, Jacob Prichard.
She is survived by her mother, Mabel McFarland of Minden, son, Jason Prichard and Tiffany Botson of Shreveport, sisters, Margaret Ann Cox of Minden and Jean M. Kirk of Burleson Texas, grandchildren, Caleb Prichard and Kasen Pauley and beloved nieces.
Pallbearers will be Garrett Roper, Jason Doerner, Ronny Sale, John King, Catherine Stolarski, and Kirk Stolarski.
Honorary pallbearers will be Caleb Prichard and James McFarland.
The family extends a very special thanks to her nieces, Alicia Montgomery and Kay Lines, MMC staff and Regional Hospice for the loving care given to our loved one.
