Virginia Dare Reese Kirkikis

Virginia Dare Reese Kirkikis of Minden, Louisiana was born September 7, 1929, to John B. Reese and Margaret Krousel Reese in Ruston, Louisiana. She was a resident of Minden since 1949. She passed from this life on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband A.G. “Ike” Kirkikis, brother J.B. Reese, Jr., brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, Billy Edwards, Dr. Steve and Maria Kirkikis, Leon and Pauline Demopulos and Harry Plomarity.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Stan Kirkikis and Wife Cindy, Dr. John Kirkikis and wife Kristin, grandchildren, Ike Kirkikis and fiancée Michelle Brewster, Tiffany Kirkikis, Jennifer and husband Kirk Savoy, Leah and husband Shaw Williber and great grandchild Parker Williber. Bonus grandchildren, Chelsea and husband Larry Anderson and children Gabby and Garrison, Josh Broadway and son Jace, Taylor Ryder and daughter Elizabeth, sister Patricia Edwards, sister-in-laws Peggy Reese and Thalia Plomarity, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, special neighbor Blanche Monday and long time caregivers Katie Foster and Sandy Stone.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
