Verval Dean Ramsey

Funeral services for Verval Dean Ramsey will be held Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 11:00a.m. at City On A Hill Pentecostal Church in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Jeff Ramsey, Rev. Keith Adcock, and Rev. Mike Hudspeth officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at the church. Verval was born October 21, 1941, in Pindall, Arkansas and entered into rest November 6, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ramsey and his great grandson, Gabriel Ian Tyler. He is survived by his son, Rev. Jeff Ramsey and wife Cindy of Minden; daughter, Karon Jones and husband Edward of Shreveport; sister, Charlotte Elledge and husband Harold of Waldo, Arkansas; brother, Edward Ramsey and wife Wanda of Arlington, Texas; and grandchildren, Gabrielle and Ian Tyler, Jeffrey Ramsey, Jr., Caitlyn Jones, and Marissa Jones.
