Trey was born March 4, 1973, in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest August 31, 2021, in Minden, Louisiana. Trey was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Raymond Copeland; father, Joe E. Copeland, Jr.; grandparents, George W.f. Lawrence and Frances Marie Lawrence and Joe E. Copeland, Sr; and uncles, George M. Lawrence, Howard L. Lawrence, Cecil N. Lawrence, and Arthur Copeland; and step father, Shelton E. 'Joey" Thornton, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Kali M. Copeland of Ringgold; mother, Judy D. Thornton of Ringgold; grandmother, Barbara Byrd of Shreveport; son William RM Copeland of Ringgold; daughter, Ankara (Kari) M. Powell of Doyline; sister, Christina M.
