Tommy was born on September 30, 1953, in Minden, Louisiana. A proud graduate of Minden High School, he went on to serve in the United States Navy after graduation. Following his military service, Tommy began a career at Bearing Service, where he faithfully worked for 35 years.

In 2002, Tommy married the love of his life, Patsy McDaniel. Through their marriage, he gained a ready-made family that he welcomed and loved as his own. His love for his family was an important part of his life, and the time spent with them was a blessing he cherished.

Tommy loved his Lord and his church family at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church. His faith was an important part of his life, and his church family held a special place in his heart. He will be remembered for his love of the Lord, the people he cherished, and the life he shared with those around him.

Tommy also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, especially working in his yard and tending to his flowers. He took pride in making things grow and found happiness in being outdoors. He dearly loved his pets, Toots and Taz, who brought him companionship and joy.

Tommy leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory, including his wife, Patsy McDaniel of Minden; daughters, Toni Ingle and her spouse, Mickey, of Sarepta, and Tina Smoke and her spouse, Shayne, of Homer; and his brother, Johnny McDaniel and his spouse, Rebecca, of Minden.

He is also survived by his grandchildren: Blake Ingle and his spouse, April; Brooke Langley and her spouse, Jamie; Jacob McCormick and his spouse, Kellye; and Joshua McCormick and his spouse, Taylor.

His great-grandchildren include Peyton Ingle and his spouse, Tiffani; Preston Ingle; Paxton Ingle; Carsyn Langley; Keagan Langley; Hunter McCormick; Ryleigh McCormick; Isaiah McCormick; Alan Wayne McCormick; and Brody McCormick. His family was a source of great love, and his memory will live on through the many generations who were blessed to know him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Troy McDaniel; his mother, Beulah McDaniel; and his brother, Jimmy McDaniel.

Tommy will be remembered for his dedication to his work, his deep love for his Lord and church family, and the happiness he found in the everyday things that made life special. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he shared, the faith he held dear, and the memories he leaves behind will remain in the hearts of his family and friends for years to come.
