Tommy is survived by his wife of 21 years Elysia Lowry and his sons Dustin Lowry and fiancé Carrie-Lynne Futrell and Ian Lowry; daughter Samantha Lowry; mother Sylvia James; brothers Jonas Alvarez and wife Carol, Micheal Lowry and Danny Lowry and wife Jackie; sister Kelly Cox and husband David, Angie Beam and husband Jim and Michelle Smith; 18 nieces and nephews; and 7 great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Mikey Lowry and one grandson Mavryk-Renn Keith Lowry.
