Tommy Lee Cathey

A graveside service for Mr. Tommy Lee Cathey, will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Simsboro, Louisiana.
 
Tommy was born November 8, 1933, to James (Tom) and Letha Robinson Cathey. He passed away on March 14, 2024. Tommy worked as an engineer and attorney. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed being outside. Tommy was a devoted Catholic and enjoyed reading his bible daily. Tommy had an extremely outgoing personality and enjoyed living life. He will be greatly missed by all those that knew him. 
 
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents James (Tom) and Letha Cathey, son Tommy Cathey, Jr., sister Sammie Cathey Eaves, nephew Stanford Eaves, and mother of his children Lilia B Cathey.
 
 Left to cherish his memory is his son John Cathey, daughters Pamela Cathey Hamilton and Patricia Cathey Kirtchanski, nephew Tom Eaves and wife Shelley, nieces Dee Oberg and husband John, and Lynn Phillips and husband Bryce, by numerous grandchildren, great nieces and nephews, and by special friend Lynn Whaley and his family
