Tommie Lynn Evans

Tommie Lynn Evans, 69, of Heflin, Louisiana passed away October 25, 2025, at home in the Webster Community Home where he was a resident for 24 years.

He was born on November 26, 1955, in Heflin, Louisiana, to Thomas Evans and Dorothy Evans.

He is survived by his nephew, John Hays and his wife Heather Hays, as well as his great-nieces and great-nephew: Hailey, Nicklous, Lilly, and Riley of Heflin, Louisiana, other nieces and numerous friends.

Tommie will be remembered for his magnificent memory, his love for peppermints, and his love for people. He never met a stranger, never forgot a face, and always wore a smile on his face. Tommie was a cheerful and grateful person all around.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Joe Lynn Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Bistineau Church Cemetery in Heflin, Louisiana. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
