Services for Thomas Norman Bryant, 73, will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at noon at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Officiating the service will be Gene Perriraz.
Thomas was born on October 29, 1951, to Sydney and Ruth Bryant in McComb, Mississippi, and passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Thomas was someone you couldn’t help but like—a genuinely nice guy with a big heart who left an impression on everyone he met.
After graduating from high school, he spent over 15 years working as a mechanic at Louisiana Machinery, where he put his skills to good use and earned the respect of his coworkers.
Thomas loved being outdoors, it was where he felt most at home. Whether he was hiking, riding 4-wheelers, kayaking, or just spending time with his family, those were the moments that brought him the most joy.
He had a passion for anything with wheels, especially hot rods, motorcycles, and classic cars. And if you knew him well, you knew he also had a thing for dragons and eagles, which just seemed to fit his personality—a little bit bold, a little bit free-spirited.
At his core, Thomas was about connection. He had a knack for making people laugh and always knew how to bring a smile to your face. More than anything, he loved his family and cherished the time he spent with them.
Thomas will be remembered as a hardworking man who loved life, loved his family, and brought kindness and laughter wherever he went.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Sydney and Ruth Bryant. He is survived by his children, Thomas Wayne, Kimberly West, William Bryant, and Michelle Pippenger; grandchildren, Tymonee Lucio, Ariel Parker and husband, Dylan, Shea Rogers, Levi Frederick, Sydney Bryant, Matthew Frederick, and Silas Mace; great-grandchildren, Bentley LeBlanc, Hassan Musallam, Weston Rogers and Oaklynn Parker, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
