Funeral services for Thomas E. Lovelace will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at City On A Hill Pentecostal Church in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Keith Adcock officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the church. Thomas was born September 26, 1937 in Marshall, Texas and entered into rest May 9, 2021 in Minden, Louisiana. Thomas was raised in Cotton Valley, Louisiana where he graduated high school. He then began a 20- year career with United States Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force he began a 25- year career with Motorola in Austin, Texas. He then relocated to Minden, Louisiana where he married Kitty Tucker. Thomas enjoyed his hobbies of woodworking, tinkering with computers and making custom ink pens. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and fellowshipping with his church family at City On A Hill Pentecostal Church in Minden, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Doris Harvey and brother Richard Lovelace. He is survived by his wife, Kitty Lovelace; brother, Mitchell Harvey; children, Terry Lovelace and Sherry Lovelace Embry; grandchildren, Raymond Embry, Alcee Flores, Casey Wilson, Timothy Lovelace, Amity Lovelace, and Tanner Lovelace and three great-grandchildren.
