Theresa “Becca” Rebecca Payne, 39, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023, in Bossier City, Louisiana. She was born October 6, 1983, in Bossier City, Louisiana to Richard Kelly Payne, Sr. and Barbara Ann Roy.

Becca is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Ann Roy; brother, Richard Kelly Payne Jr.  She is survived by her father, Richard Kelly Payne, Sr.; daughters, Kadaiesha Johnson of Plain Dealing, Louisiana, and Trinity Johnson of Bossier City, Louisiana; son, Andrew Payne of Midland, Texas; siblings, Kathy Noe and husband, Robert, Denise Platt and husband, Rex, Troy Holt, Randy Holt and wife, Christine, Christopher Holt, Stacye Bounds and husband, James, Donna Harlow and husband, John Michael, Rick Holt and wife, Nayda, Clara Carmichael Bordelon, and William “Billy” Everett; and many uncles, aunts,  nieces and nephews.
