Tammy Lynn Rubey

Funeral services for Tammy Lynn Rubey, 52, will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. She was taken all too soon because of a tragic motorcycle accident. Burial will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Shreveport. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Kennedy.

Tammy was born on June 7, 1970 to H.L. and Linda Frith in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022 in Shreveport.

Tammy was a resident of Shreveport and was employed as the Sales Manager for Annie Anne’s Pretzels.  She was a natural born caregiver. She took care of everyone in the family and was our matriarch. She was a hard worker that loved her family with all her heart and soul. She loved to travel, particularly going to the beach and collecting seashells. She was a very crafty person that did everything really well. She belonged to a motorcycle group, H.O.W. that she thoroughly enjoyed riding in with her husband, Steve.

Tammy is preceded in death by her father, H.L. Frith; brother, David Frith; brother-in-law, Cory Stewart; stepdaughter, Stephanie; cousins, Rocky Baggot, Sue and Glenda Frith; and many friends and fellow riders. Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Linda Frith; husband, Steve Rubey; daughter, Kristina Campbell; son, Brandon Campbell; granddaughter, Zoey Birchfield; grandson, David Birchfield; sister, Lorie Frith Stewart; nieces, Madison Stewart and Dasey Jackson; nephews, Jonah and Jayce; and her precious mini Aussie, Chippy.

Honoring Tammy as pallbearers will be Brandon Campbell, Chris Birchfield, Sammy Jones, Jerod King, Matt Madison, George Birchfield, Mike Diffey and Ryan Pierce.
