A "Celebration of Life" for Tammy J. Goodin, 46, will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Brother Bob Moore. Tammy was born on December 27, 1974 to Frank John Mastey II and Margaret Veronica Mastey in Honolulu, Hawaii and passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Tammy was a fighter having survived cancer, a stroke, seizures, and brain surgery before her fight was finally over. She was very outgoing and loved planting flowers, turning trash into treasures, going to Wal-Mart, riding motorcycles with her fiance', and had a wit that kept everyone laughing. The most important thing, though, was the love she had for her boys. They were the light of her life! She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother. Left to cherish her memory are her boys, Hunter James Goodin, Evan Kyle Goodin and Kanyon Rowland; her fiance', Barry D. Brewer II; sisters-in-law, Chancie Breann Sheridan and Alex Farina; brother-in-law, Anthony Brewer; mother-in-law, Shirley J. McCaslin and finace', Paul Wisley, Jr.; niece, Aubrey Farina; nephew, Kaden James Routt; and siblings, Victoria Teresa Mastey and Joseph Walter Mastey. The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Brian Willis, her neurosurgeon at Ochsner LSU Health. Also, a special thank-you to her nurse, Erin, who helped Tammy so much after her stroke.
