Suzanne Aaron Mitchell

Suzanne Aaron Mitchell was born on April 18, 1935 in Leesville, Louisiana to Bernice and R.V. Aaron, and died on Thursday, July 20, 2023 in Shreveport, Louisiana. 

She was a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother.  Suzanne had a quick wit and a wonderful sense of humor.  She graduated from Lamar High School, attended the University of Houston, and was an expert in bridge.  She worked in the oil and gas industry and retired from Barnhart Company. 

She was preceded in  death by her husband, David Mitchell and her son, Kirk Randall Baron.  She is survived by her three beloved children, Eric Baron, Angela Mijalis and husband, James Mijalis and Susan Williams and husband, Chris Williams; three very talented grandchildren, Brittany Baron, Dr. Alex Mijalis, and Dr. Eleni Mijalis; her sister and best friend, Helene Aaron Sterns, and nieces and nephews, Steven Guthrie, Cecile Wagner, Michael Sterns and Diane Sterns.
