Stephen Gregory Thomas

A memorial service will be held for Stephen {Stevie} Gregory Thomas at 5:30 PM , Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Services will be held at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in the Toro Community, Florien, Louisiana with Rev C. M. Kelly officiating.

Stevie was born December 12, 1968 in Alexandria, Louisiana and passed away July 25, 2022 in Florien, Louisiana.  He was a graduate of Florien High School and worked the construction field, as well as obtaining his CNA certification. He could always keep life interesting but in his later years, he chose to live quietly and privately.

Stevie was preceded in death by his parents, William Floyd Thomas, Jr. and Patricia Lafiette Thomas, Paternal grandparents William Floyd Thomas, Sr. and Maude Stringer Thomas, and maternal grandparents Reese Lafiette and Martha Mitchell Byrd.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister Katherine Hooper, brother William Thomas III, nieces Brandi Morgan, Randi Schaeffer, Kati Torres and nephew Charles "Andy" Hooper.

The family appreciates those who have expressed their condolences and to all the First Responders.  All family, friends, and community members are invited to attend the service.
