Shirley Ann Bass Gulett

Funeral services celebrating the life of Shirley Ann Bass Gulett will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating will be Bro. James Everage and Bro. Jim Wallace. Interment will follow at Cotton Valley Cemetery in Cotton Valley, Louisiana.

Shirley was born October 5, 1941, in Plain Dealing, Louisiana and left this earthly life for her heavenly home on June 12, 2026, in Minden, Louisiana. Shirley was a member of First Baptist Church in Cotton Valley and enjoyed flowers and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Mattie Bass, husband Wayne P. Gulett, and sister, Naomi Hughes.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Welch of Minden, Calvin W. Gulett (Debbie) of Hixson, Tennessee, and Ellen Hodnett (Tim) of McDonald, Tennessee, grandchildren, Clinton and Bobbi Duncan, Brian and Sabrina Gulett, Kimberly and Rob Mosley, Crystal and Dustin Luthringer, Levi and Lydia Wheeler, and Chelsee Gulett, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
