Funeral services honoring the life of Shirley Matheline Gaspard will be 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Spring Ridge Baptist Church with Reverend Marvin Le Leaux officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Ridge Baptist Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2018 at the Spring Ridge Baptist Church with Mrs. Shirley Gaspard in state for Family at 4:00 PM & with friends and relatives from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.   Mrs. Shirley Matheline Gaspard was born on December 4, 1938 in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana to Norman Waddle and Ruth Woods Waddle. She entered into rest on September 8, 2018 at the age of 79. Preceding her in death are her parents, her spouse Austin J. Gaspard; her brothers; Norman Earl Waddle & Mickey Lynn Waddle, & her sisters; Bernice Waddle & Sandra Louise Waddle   She is survived by her sons; Audie Gaspard & wife Rhonda of Kilgore, TX & Austin W. Gaspard & wife Shanna of Many, LA; her daughter, Sandra Gaspard Sandifer of Montgomery, LA; her sisters Jewell Peterson of Many, LA and Vickie Wyatt & husband Donnie of Branson, Missouri; 9 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren & a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives & friends.   Pallbearers honoring Mrs. Shirley Matheline Gaspard are Danny Gaspard, Al Roe, Anthony Roe, Sam Roe, Jacob Gaspard & Charlie Peterson
