Shelley Beth Willard

Graveside services for Shelley Beth Birtcher Willard, 47, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 18, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Longview, TX. Shelley was born March 18, 1971 in Bossier City, LA. She attended college at Johnson and Whales University in Rhode Island and worked in Eldorado, AR as a police officer, in hotel management, and travel tourism. Shelley always felt a connection to animals and loved her dogs very much. Shelley was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Birtcher; grandparents, John S. Bivins and Margaret Bivins; grandmother, Laverne Registrar; uncle, John Bivins, Jr.; and great-uncle, Bill Bivins. She is survived by her father, James Floyd Birtcher and wife Linda; sister, Shannon Kramolis and husband Chris; niece, Alexandra Kramolis; nephew, Benjamin Kramolis; aunt, Patty Wells; uncle, Don Wells; and cousins, Stacy Guerrero, Derek Wells, and Krissi Wells.
