Sharron Ann Barnes

Funeral services for Sharron Ann Barnes, 76, will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Blue Ridge Methodist Church, 3500 Hwy 175, Pleasant Hill Louisiana, 71065. A burial will follow at Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. A visitation will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Officiating the service will be Brother David Hill.

Sharron was born on August 27, 1947 to Woodrow Barnes and Verta Ree McFarland in George West, Texas. She passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in Many, Louisiana.

Preceding Sharron in death are her parents and brothers, Carl Eugene Barnes, Doyle Barnes, Rocky Tyler; and brother-in-law, Randle Brown. She is survived by her sister, Ella Fay Brown of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana; brothers, Ronald Barnes, of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, Jimmy Barnes of Tucson, Arizona, and Kenneth Barnes and wife, Vonnie, of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Honoring Sharron as Pallbearers will be Dub Wayne Bernard, Jimmy Brown, Aiden Green, Brody Millett, Monty Montellano, and Austin Tyler.
