A graveside service for Sharon Evans Hall, 77, will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park East Cemetery, 3700 St. Vincent Ave., Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Tom Harrison.

Sharon was born on September 26, 1944 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Ernest Herbert Hall and Mildred Louise Woodson Hall and passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 in Shreveport.

Sharon was a resident of Shreveport and graduated from Fair Park High School in 1962. She retired from Caddo Magnet High School as a bookkeeper. She collected owl figurines and cream pitchers, loved reading books, working crossword puzzles and had a green thumb when it came to her houseplants. Sharon was very artistic and creative and enjoyed making ceramic art. She was a great cook and an animal lover. She was a very sweet, kind, generous, caring and  fun-loving person who was everyone’s friend. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. Helping others and being kind was just what she did.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Cheryl Gray and husband, Jeff; son, Mike Semon and wife, Betty; five grandchildren, Chelsey Gray, Justin Gray, Shelby Gray, Keagan Semon, Joey Semon; four great-grandchildren; and brother, John H. Hall.

Honoring Sharon as pallbearers will be Mike Semon, Jeff Gray, Justin Gray, Shelby Gray, Joey Semon and John Compton.
