Sharon Lea Dromgoole

A graveside service for Sharon Lea Dromgoole, 82, will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd., Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Brother Bob Moore.

Sharon was born on August 9, 1940 in Commerce, Oklahoma to Plymouth Key and Shirley Follin Key and passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Sharon was a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana. She was an avid doll and antique collector. She often had  booths at various functions around the Ark-La-Tex. She was a fantastic cook that inspired one of her grandsons so much with her comfort food cooking, along with all of her other wonderful dishes, that he went to Culinary School. He is starting his first job at Oschner LSU Health as a chef.  Sharon would be so proud! She was a selfless, loving Mom and Nana that will be  greatly missed by her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmy Dromgoole; sons, Danny Beaver and Darren Beaver; and granddaughter, Caitlyn Neumann. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Jamie Dromgoole; and grandsons, Christian Raev and Tyler DeRamus.
