Sharon was born on December 18, 1940, in Rising Sun, Ohio to Gilbert and Marie Hunt and passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. She was the third born of five children.

Sharon graduated from Saginaw High School in Michigan. She then attended Beautician School. She was a Tool Grinder at Severance Tool Industries in Saginaw. The field is mostly dominated by males, but she excelled. She learned the skill from her daddy. She also worked at JCPenney in Shreveport at South Park Mall. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, but the best occupation she had was doing things for God which she loved including Sunday School, Royal Rangers, cooking and baking. One of her last missions for God was to have a ladies’ group that met once a month which she loved along with Marilyn, Scarlet, and Gwen.

Sharon went to the Sabine Council on Aging, Toledo site. She loved going there where they made crafts and had fellowship. She would bring desserts and enjoy the company of her many friends including June, Denise, Sue, and Pam. She ate lunch every day with Pam, Doris, and Francis.

She had a love of fishing that she got from her daddy. To this day, she has a fishing pole in her car. You never know when you are going to find a good spot. She loved to share Jesus wherever she went. Her smile would light up a room.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Marie Hunt; husband, Herbert Braley; brother, Maynard Hunt; and sisters, Sandra Halquist, and Connie Hunt. Left to cherish her memory are her children, son, Joe Breecher and wife, Jan, daughters, Melissa Adamczyk and husband, Dan, Michelle Trudell, son, Alonzo Braley and wife, Angela; grandchildren, Jared (Casey) Breecher, Nickolas (Lacey) Adamcryk, Trenton (Mykel) Trudell, Aaron (Lauren) Breecher, Lindsey (Brandon) Brabaw, Trevor (Kirstyn) Trudell, Adam (Shannon) Breecher, Taylor Trudell, Dean (Tina) Braley, Thatcher Trudell, Jorden Breecher, and Jacob (Hannah) Braley; 14 great-grandchildren; and sister, Lonna (Lynn) Ellsworth.
