Sarah Lucelia Wingo Tunstall

Funeral services celebrating the life of Sarah Lucelia Wingo Tunstall, age 91 will be held at 3:00 P.M., December 19, 2025 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 705 S. Spruce Street, Vivian, LA. Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will be held 1:00 p.m. December 20, 2025 at the Ballews Chapel Cemetery in Grubbs, Arkansas.

Mrs. Tunstall was born in Grubbs, Arkansas on September 28, 1934 to Jesse Tubbs and Hazel Young and passed away on December 16, 2025 at North Caddo Medical Center in Vivian, LA. She was a Baptist and a member of Caddo Prairie Baptist Church. Mrs. Tunstall worked as a nursing aide at the nursing home for many years and thoroughly enjoyed working puzzles in her free time.

Mrs. Tunstall is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles E. Wingo and her second husband, Floyd Tunstall; son, Jimmy Wingo; daughter, Hazel Louise; grandsons, Johnny Collins and Jeffrey Collins. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Betty Wingo Voss and husband, Clarence and Jeanette Haney; sister, Bernice Welch; brothers, Cecil Tubbs and Larry Tubbs. She also survived by 19 grandchildren.
