Sandra D Sparkman

Funeral services celebrating the life of Sandra D. Sparkman will be held Monday, June 26, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church West Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Leland Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. The family will receive friends Monday, June 26, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service time.

Sandra was born December 2, 1941, in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest June 23, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana.  Sandra was a faithful member of First Baptist Church Minden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Eloise Sparkman.

She is survived by her brother, Gene Sparkman and wife Margaret of Katy, TX; nieces, Katie Eubank and husband Brent and their son Brooks of Denison, TX, Ezzie Goodwin and husband Joe and their son Redford of Fulshear, TX, and Stephanie Hitchcock and husband Michael of Houston, TX; uncle, Jim Sparkman and wife Margie of Walnut Creek, CA and their children, Doug Sparkman and wife Margaret of League City, TX and Tom Sparkman and wife Inken of Monte Serno, CA; cousin, Edwina Whitlow and husband David of Minden and their children Spencer Smith and wife Bethany of Ruston, and their children Adalyn and Avery, and cousin, Sara Rouse and husband Chris of New Orleans.
