Sandra Fay Johnson

A graveside service for Sandra “Sandy” Johnson, 88, will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Rd., Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor David Dietzel.

Sandy was born on December 21, 1936, to Quincy Monroe and Elise Gallien Johnson in Cotton Valley, Louisiana, and passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Sandy brought warmth, kindness, and quiet strength to all who knew her. Whether through a gentle smile or a helping hand, Sandy’s presence was a source of comfort and care. Though gone from our sight, Sandy’s spirit lives on in the hearts of family and friends, and in the memories that continue to bring light. We honor her life with love and gratitude.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Quincy Monroe and Elise Gallien Johnson, sister, Elaine Johnson Byrd, and nephew, Ronald Kaiser. Left to cherish her memory are nieces, Lisa Byrd and Stacey Sisco, and brother-in-law, John Byrd.
