Sandra Ann Hale

Sandra Ann Hale “Mimie Me,” 79, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at her home in Shreveport, Louisiana. A graveside service will be held for her on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Keithville Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. in Keithville, Louisiana. Officiating the service will Pastor Mike Stowell.

Sandra was born on January 31, 1943 in Kankakee, Illinois to Wayne Ehrick and Rosey McQuillan.

Sandra was a resident of Shreveport. Before retiring, she worked as Fast Track Tech Support in the Emergency Room at Christus Schumpert Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and especially her grandson that was the light of her life! She loved working her crossword puzzle book and reading her Bible every day. She loved to play Rummy and enjoyed playing with her dog and cat.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Hale; daughters, Dawn Bonner and Crystal Hale; sister, Pam Willis; and brother, Wayne Ehrick. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Deanna Hale, Melody Kaye Thornton; and grandson, Brady Bonner.

The family would like to express special thanks to Willis-Knighton Hospice for the wonderful care they gave Sandra in her time of need.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in Sandra’s name.
