Sadie Rae Booker

Graveside services honoring the life of Mrs. Sadie Rae Booker will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 5, 2021, located at Prude Cemetery in Mansfield, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Warren "Ted" Booker. Sadie was born on December 27, 1931, in Center, Texas to John Henry Windham and Clio Addie Sherrod Windham. She entered into eternal rest on December 3, 2021, in Mansfield, Louisiana. Sadie is preceded in death by her parents, John and Clio Windham; husband, James Julyn Booker; son, James Gary Booker, MD; grandson, John Gavin Barber; brother, J.C. Windham; sister; Joan Windham. She is survived by her son, Gregory Milton Booker of Houston, TX; daughter, Charlotte Ann Barber and husband James Dagata of Plain Dealing, LA; sister, Dorothy Duplachan of Kinder, LA; grandchildren, Julie Ann Thomas, Anne Elizabeth Booker, Emily Jane Booker, and Steve Herring; great-grandchildren, Adam Blake Isgitt, Ian Seth Isgitt, and Miranda Anderson; great-great grandchildren, Brenden Isgitt, Abby Lynn Isgitt, Benton Isgitt, Asher Reid Cook, Evie Monroe Isgitt, Sophie Lake Isgitt, Henry Eli Herring, and Andrew Ducleade Herring.
