Ruby Maye McKinnon

Ruby McKinnon passed from this life into the arms of her Lord on January 6, 2019. She was born to Odell and Opal Metcalf on September 20, 1927 in Shreveport, LA. She attended high school in Wewoka, OK, where she met the love of her life, Tommy McKinnon. They were married April 13, 1944. Ruby will be remembered for her sweet spirit and her great love for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy, and grandson, Neal Fort. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jennifer Wyatt and husband Don; grandson, Jason Wyatt and wife Traci; special "granddaughter," Lisa Fort Falcon; and great-grandchildren, Zachary and Dianna Fort, and Jacob, Joshua, and Jordyn Wyatt. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Rose-Neath Southside.
