Graveside services for Ruben Wayne Melton will be held at Belmont Cemetery in Belmont, LA on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Larry Pridmore officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Ruben was born April 24, 1956 in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana to Ruben Jackson Melton and Etta Gertrude Constable Melton. He entered into rest on October 5, 2019 in Mansfield, LA. Mr. Melton was preceded in death by his parents. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Dorothy Cloud and Kathy Melton; nephews, Julian Cloud & wife Stacey and Kenneth Cloud & wife Leah and numerous great-nieces. Honoring Ruben as pallbearers will be Julian Cloud, Kenneth Cloud, Brandon Kent, Randy Gallaspy, Jacob Childress and David Welborn.
