Rosa Mae Horn

Logansport, LA - Graveside services honoring the life of Rosa Mae Horn, 73, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2019, at Sholar Cemetery in Joaquin, TX with Reverend Dean Register officiating. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport, LA on Sunday, February 3, 2019, from 12 p.m. till 2 p.m. Rosa was born December 2, 1945 in Joaquin, TX to Elvin and Dovie Cockrell Sholar and entered into rest on January 30, 2019. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and aunt. Preceding Rosa in death were her parents. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 52 years, Alton Horn; son, Michael David Horn and wife, Ashlee Maraist Horn of Bossier City, LA; sisters, Julia Ann Taylor of Livingston, TX, Betty Lou Richardson of Longview, TX; brother, David Sholar and wife, Janet of Houston, TX and a host of nieces and nephews. Honoring Rosa as pallbearers will be Brannon Sholar, Andy Almand, Brad Pate, Bubba Suggs, Mark Elkins, Justin Adkinson, Adam Stockton, and Bruce Acree.
