Graveside services honoring the life of Ronald Glenn Norwood will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Old Union Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Bro. Alton Middleton. A visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. until service time on Wednesday at Old Union Baptist Church in Converse, Louisiana. Ronald was born on May 28, 1956 in Converse, Louisiana to Burdette Barnes Norwood and Isolene Brown Norwood. He entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2021 in Mansfield, Louisiana. Preceding Ronald are his parents, Burdette and Isolene Norwood; and his sister, Nadine Norwood Reed. He is survived by his sons, John Roy Norwood of Converse, LA and Bobby Burdette Norwood of Benson, LA; his daughter, Rebecca Elizabeth Norwood of Catuna, LA; his sister, Dianne Norwood Worth of Mesquite, TX; his brothers, Jerry Norwood and wife Maxine of Shreveport, LA and Richard Norwood and wife Jeanette of Benson, LA; his grandchildren, Bryan, Ellie, and Madilynn Norwood, and Mackenzie Ebarb; along with a host of nieces and nephews. Honoring Ronald as pallbearers will be John Roy Norwood, Bobby Norwood, Brian Dean, Kevin Dean, Dakota Burr, and Josh Gooden. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Walter Daniels, Darren Craig, Gary Caston, Andrew Dean, and Gayle Golden.
