Ronald Allen Mundy

Funeral services for Ronald Allen Mundy, 76, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at American Legion Lowe-McFarlane Post 14 with Pastor Ray Holeman officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Ronnie was born November 30, 1942 in Anniston, AL and went to be with the Lord on March 25, 2019. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed camping and never had a bad word to say about anyone. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Amelia Mundy; sister, Penny Teel, and brother, Hal Mundy. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Ronna Jones and Michele Phelps and husband Jim; grandchildren, Savannah Wilson, Hallie Jones, Tye Jones, and Amelia Mullen; great-granddaughter, Lillie Mistric; longtime companion, Marilyn Wyatt and her children, Jerry, Pepper, Greg, and Pie. The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Overton Brooks VA Hospital and Regional Hospice.
