Robert "Bobby" Derle Ezernack

Funeral services for Robert "Bobby" Derle Ezernack, 63, will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Road in Shreveport. A visitation will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath South. Officiating the service will be Kevin Rivers, Bobby's nephew. Officiating the graveside service at Forest Park West will be Tommy Giles. Bobby was born on October 19, 1958 to Hobert and Victoria Ezernack in Zwolle, Louisiana and passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in Shreveport. Bobby was a resident of Stonewall, Louisiana. He was married to the love of his life, Carolynn Ezernack, for 43 years. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, cousin and friend. He was a very hardworking, strong, caring and supportive man always willing to help others. His passions were his family and cars. When he wasn't working, he could be found roughhousing with his grandchildren who, in his eyes, never did anything wrong. He was most proud of his family and his '55. He was loved by so many and is deeply missed. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Calvin Ezernack, Sr., Francis "Bigman" Ezernack, Ned Ezernack, Doug Ezernack, George Ezernack, Steve Ezernack, Joe Ezernack, Paul Ezernack; and sister, Juanita Sepulvado. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Carolynn; daughters, Mandy and fiancé, Roy Garrett, Lindakay Girouard and husband, Matt, Nicky Remedes and husband, Chris; grandchildren, Macy and Page Harrell, Cody and McKenzie Girouard, Kelcie and Kyle Remedes; brothers, Larry Ezernack, Diggie Ezernack; sisters, Francis Gene, Ann Vines and Vicky Horton; brothers-in-law, Ricky Beshea and Johnny Beshea; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Honoring Bobby as pallbearers will be Matt Girouard, Cody Girouard, Chris Remedes, Kyle Remedes, Stevie Ezernack, Calvin Ezernack, Jr. and Stick Williams. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jack Giles, Colton Giles, Jamie Lindberg, Mo Sepulvado, and Felix Valverez.
