Robert Edgar Hux III

Graveside services for Robert E. Hux III, 75, will be held at Forest Park West Cemetery on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Larry Tucker officiating. Robert was born on September 3, 1943 to Robert Edgar Hux Jr. and Helen Lucille Hux in Brookhaven, MS and passed away after a brief illness on October 13, 2018. He was a graduate of Fair Park High School and served in the National Guard. Robert retired from Louisiana Department of Transportation as a Construction Inspector, then went to work as an Asphalt Technician for Benton and Brown. Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 30 years, Janine Hux. Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Ellen Creel and husband Bruce; sister, Helen Morton and husband Walter; grandchildren, Randy Stader, Emily Ware, and great-grand son, Gavin Stader.
