Rita Guillory Blunt

Graveside service for Rita Guillory Blunt, 83, will be held Monday, July 3, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Joan Iker.

Rita was born April 8, 1940 to Clarence A. Guillory and Bernice M. Deshoutelle in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and now she is reunited with her husband, Earl Blunt. She will be greatly missed by family and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Blunt and daughter, Sable Ramona Byram. Her memory is survived by her son, Hubert Earl Blunt, Jr. and wife, Shelby and grandson Adam Jaxon Dale and son, Beaux Edward Blunt and wife, Christina and granddaughter Jennifer Blunt.
