Coushatta, LA - A funeral service celebrating the life of Ricky D. Robinson, 51, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Coushatta, LA with Reverend Ashanti Cole officiating. Interment will follow in Thomas-Wren Cemetery in Martin, LA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM, Saturday, April 27, at the funeral home. Mr. Robinson was born on September 1, 1967 in Shreveport, LA to Hosie Joel and Maxine Robinson and passed away April 16, 2019 in Haughton, LA. He had a 25 year accident free driving record driving 18-wheelers. His passions were his wife, children, and grandchildren. Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his father, Hosie Joel and sisters, Selma Jean Hunter and Rebecca Ann Spruell. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Maxine Dubois; wife, Debra Robinson; sons, Jeremy McManus, Thomas Wilson, and Kyle Riggs; daughters, Maranda Price and Denise Wilson; sister, Maxine Grigg; brother, David Robinson and wife Angela; eight grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Honoring Mr. Robinson as pallbearers will be Dexter Russell, Shawn Williams, Billy Joe Moore, Danny Lindsey, Odell Dossett, Billy Smith, Chris Brigg, L. Dogg Moseley and Dan Dubois. Serving as honorary pallbearers are David Robinson, Trance Grigg, Nicholaus Grigg, Shawn Grigg, Donald Grigg, Richard Blanchard, William Blanchard, Chad White and Harry Murphy.
