Simmesport - Memorial Services for Rhonda Faye Smith Dupont will be held at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Simmesport on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor James Wynn, officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date under the direction of Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville.
Rhonda Faye Smith Dupont, age 59 of Simmesport, passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria on Monday, July 16, 2018 at 2:14 P.M.
Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 40 years, William Dupont, Jr. of Simmesport, sons, William Joseph (Kathleen) Dupont, Sr. of Simmesport, John Edward Dupont of Big Bend, sisters, Gwen (Marvin) Haley of Kilbourne, LA., Sharron (Chad) Effinger of Hot Springs, AR., Shelia (James) Kirby of Bastrop, LA., Twin sister, Soundra Fontenot of Oak Grove, LA. and Chris Henderson of Monroe, LA. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Christene Ruffin Smith and siblings, John E. Smith, Mary Prince and Barbara Ann Russell.
The Dupont Family will receive friends at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Simmesport on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville.
