Funeral services for Rev. George Rayford McAdams will be held Friday, August 30, 2019 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 10 a.m. at First United Pentecostal Church in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Keith Adcock and Rev. Derek Hanna officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2019 at First United Pentecostal Church in Minden.
George was born September 21, 1944, in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest August 23, 2019. He served his country and retired from the United States Navy and was a veteran of Vietnam. He was a pastor and a foreign missionary for United Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Winnie McAdams of Minden, sons, George McAdams II of Lebanon, Missouri, and Noah McAdams of Minden, daughters, Mollie Elizabeth Skaggs and Stacey Todd of Lebanon, Missouri, Sarah Ordone of Meridian, Mississippi, and Janet Gutting and Fritz of Benton, Arkansas, brother, Douglas and Cammy McAdams of Cut Bank, Montana, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
