Renee Adcock Odom

Funeral services celebrating the life of Sue Renee Adcock Odom will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Gary Faircloth officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Renee was born June 29, 1949, in Atlanta, Texas and went to be with her Savior, December 23, 2023, in Minden, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe M. Odom, Jr., parents, Chester and Lavon Adcock, nephew Jeremy Baird, and honorary grandson Connar Zaldivar.

She is survived by her son, Joey Odom and wife Susan of Heflin, daughter, Angela Odom Varnell of Minden, brother, Allen Adcock and wife Jemi; sister-in-law, Debbie Baird and husband David, grandchildren, Tiffany and Adam Woodall, Sarah and Austin Chevalier, Brittany Odom, and Slade Varnell,  great-grandchildren, Kylen Chevalier and Joneth Woodall, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Adam Woodall, Austin Chevalier, Gavin McCoy, Colby Zaldivar, Donnie Cawthon, and Brian Adcock.

Honorary pallbearer will be Slade Varnell.
